Olivia is a qualified chartered surveyor with over 15 years’ experience in the management of high-end residential design, refurbishment and development; including major refurbishment projects on listed buildings and award winning new build developments.
Grosvenor
Having worked at Grosvenor for 10 years, one of the world's largest private property companies, her experience was focused on prime central London luxury residential developments such as the multi award winning scheme NEO Bankside designed by Rogers Stirk + Harbour (217 luxury units, capital value £400m) and Cheyne Terrace in Chelsea (Capital Value £230m,100,000 sqft luxury residential project).

As Development Manager she was responsible for managing and delivering some of the most exclusive luxury residential projects in London. Projects included the extension of an existing ski chalet in Gstaad Switzerland, securing the planning commencement for a 46,000 sqft Grade II listed private house in Belgravia, working with the Crown Estate on design, and gaining planning for a new 44 apartment project in Mayfair.
Interior Design
Olivia continued to further her design skills by joining the internationally renowned KLC School of Design to gain a distinction in the Certificate of Interior Design.
She gained experience in luxury interior design working for Tod Hunter Earle, voted by House & Garden as one of the top 100 international interior design companies. She worked on the £10m restoration of the Dormy House Hotel in the Cotswolds.
